This policy explains what information Red Coyote Services (Red Coyote, LLC) collects through redcoyote.net, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. If you’re a hosting client, how we handle your site and email data is covered by your service agreement.
Who we are
Red Coyote Services provides managed web hosting, business email, and reseller hosting. We’re based in Oro Valley, Arizona. You can reach us at info@redcoyoteservices.com or by text at 520-543-4480.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form: your name, business name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and anything you write in the message box. We store these submissions on our website and send a copy to our team by email.
When you text or email us: your phone number or email address and the content of your message.
When you browse the site: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages get viewed and how people found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your general location, device type, and browser. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
Security and server logs: like most websites, our server and security tools record IP addresses and basic request details to keep the site running and to block attacks.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, send you pricing and service details you ask for, set up service if you become a client, and improve the website. We don’t send marketing texts, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that help us run this site and our business, including Google (for analytics and web fonts) and our infrastructure provider, which hosts the server. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies

How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and messages as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows. If you don’t become a client, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just email info@redcoyoteservices.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version here and change the effective date at the top.
